THANK YOU! To Everyone Who Was at the Carolina AMC Southern Nationals!

We really appreciate everyone who spent the day with us showing your AMC car and enjoying time with old and new friends. A special 'thanks' to Frank Sturino for spending a few minutes with us sharing this 'AMC Story'. Frank is a member of Carolina AMC and was an employee with AMC all the way thru the Chrysler years. We really enjoyed listening and connecting in a personal way to the history of our cars.

Congratulations to Jimmy and Nancy Barrow for winning 'BEST OF SHOW' with their 69 Scrambler.

Special thanks to Joe and Debi Fougerousse (AMO National VP) for driving more than 500 miles from Indiana to NC to join us for the event. Joe and Debbie were the winners of the Long Distance Award.

Our Diamond In The Rough Award went to Aubrey Constantino of Charlotte, NC for her 1969 Rebel SST. Aubrey and her dad were a delight to meet at the show, and the passion for her 'new' AMC was evident to all of us there.

While we didn't have a huge quantity of cars at the event, the quality of the AMC cars represented was simply fantastic, some of the best examples in the nation of AMC iron displayed at the event.

Enjoy the photos and if you were at the event, please email us your comments or suggestions to carolinaamc@earthlink.net
