I'm looking for a decently solid 56-57 Rambler four door sedan. Would love a V-8 car, but the six is fine. I'm looking for a project car, not one already restored. If you have any leads on one that's not crusher material, give me a call drop me an e-mail and let's talk! Frank 803-604-6548, farna@att.net

I have a 67 ambasedor with lots of good trim and parts that has to go. I would hate to send it to the scrap yard if there is someone that could use it. It has a perfect grill, all glass exept rear window, good deck lid, interier is intact but weathered do to the back glass being busted out. I have removed the engine and trany and all the front suspension w/ crossmember. It is a 343 4brl car. No title. The car is pretty banged up from living in a salvage yard since 1975.
I live off Kannapolis parkway and my # is 704-467-4359 Thanks C.R.

For Sale - 1977 AMC Hornet AMX -The Hornet AMX is the old Hatchback model with an updated appearance package consisting of wheel flares, rear window louvres, aluminum Targa Band. This was the last year for the Hornet model. This car does not have an engine or transmission !! It has the V8 crossmember, engine mounts, V8 radiator, new front suspension including ball joints, KYB shocks, rotors, calipers, new HD driveshaft, look at picture of rearend, I am not sure whether it is a model 20 (V8) or not however I do have an extra V8 rearend that is supposed to have the twin-grip option, ratio unknown ( it is separate and priced at $175 ). Also included is a used tinted windshield, the windshield in the car is cracked, a new antennae, new classic wiper blade assemblies, new locking gas cap & AMX decals for the side. The original spoiler, flares & aluminum window louvres are either on the car or come with it. It has two of the original 8 hole slotted wheels, an extra set of rear interior panels to replace the ones that have speaker cut outs. The interior is complete with the guages & original black upholstery. This could be a Hornet AMX as it is now or it could easily be backdated to an earlier year if you wanted to do that. Please look at the pictures carefully !! This is a car that can be restored fairly easily however it is 32 years old. This car was running with a 360 two years ago !! Thanks for Looking !!! contact Glenn Tryon 828-216-1576

1969 AMX. Recently redone but need to sell since we are moving to the beach and have no place to store car away from salt air.
Have many picture I will share.
Specifics regarding this 1969 AMX:
1. A total of only 595 ’69 AMX’s were produced with a red interior
2. Only 729 were produced with the automatic with 343 cubic inch engine producing 280 horsepower
3. Very Original. Engine, engine compartment, drive train, dash, radio, A/C, head liner, door panels and undercarriage all believed to be original.
Miles: Less than 60,000 miles…believed to be original based upon history, Muscle Car magazine article, documents and service/sales records.
Restorations made:
• New Legendary seat covers (includes spring rebuild and foam for seats); New Legendary carpet—both installed by Grady Sutton (Sutton’s Upholstery)
• Totally stripped to metal before body repairs. It is probably straighter now than when it came from the factory!
• Body areas repaired and new paint (Steve Gibson did body work; Coy Mills did paint work)
• Authentic AMX replica stripes installed by Routh’s Sign Shop
• Steering wheel was repaired, then restored
• Bumpers have been rechromed
• Normal maintenance items done—belts, hoses, battery, shock absorbers, brakes, mufflers and so on…
• Trunk and related areas were sanded, cleaned and repainted to match trunk lid
• Under side of hood was cleaned and repainted in satin black
Car from factory was originally grey but was repainted black more than 25 years ago. All old paint was stripped, body imperfections were repaired and car was professionally painted.
Asking $31,000
Owner: Jere Hershey, 336-547-6866 for more information or email glhershey@bellsouth.net for pictures and info.
